“stanza sporca con capelli neri ovunque, struttura praticamente con zero servizio, immensa, caotica, con scarse indicazioni per la reception, impossibile perfino fermarsi per scaricare i bagagli per il check in senza pagare il parcheggio $15 (cosa non menzionata da nessuna parte). Tante perdite di tempo. Totale assenza di gestione e indifferenza nei confronti del cliente. Addebito di resort tax $38…per che cosa? Brutta esperienza. Peccato perché la struttura in sé è notevole e bella.”

“Le camere sono di buone dimensioni, non nuovissime ma accettabili, abbastanza pulite, i letti e gli asciugamani molto buoni. La piscina non è curata molto bene, ma il mare è a 100 mt. Posizione ottima, a 100 mt dalla boardwalk. La colazione è un po' minimal, ma fanno vaffel ottimi”

“After checking in, I was charged two additional charges for no apparent reason. I called the front desk to ask why, but I received no reasonable explanation, and they simply told me that I had to pay the amount. It was ridiculously expensive.”

“Prezzi carissimi, struttura in stile retrò ma più che retrò è proprio scaduta, marcia, andata! Piscina putrida (prob non la puliscono dagli anni ‘60). Bagno della stanza piccolissimo. Pulizia della stanza non fatta, abbiam dovuto chiamare in reception per richiederla. Phon in stanza non presente. Meta da evitare. ”

“The property was situated well on the Broadwalk close to the beach and many casinos are within walking distance. The view of the beach/ocean from the room was unforgettable. Problem was staff. Place is a condominium/time share with rentals-not a hotel. Sensed an aristocratic air of residents vs renters with staff being less gracious to renters since stay only temporary. Other problem was initial room had a leaky toilet and no hot water from any of 4 faucets. Room was changed but not fun...

“The hotel is priced well below the boardwalk hotels for a reason. The parking lot is small with trash blowing around and smells like urine. People are sleeping on the sidewalks and begging for money outside. The lobby and hallways smell like a smoking parlor. You can everything from the adjacent rooms and hallway conversations. The bathroom hinges are rusted, mirrors chipped, paint peeling, baseboards haven’t been cleaned in months, headboards are peeling, and bathrooms have mildew. The pictures...

“Sono molto soddisfatto del livello di pulizia.giusto rapporto qualità prezzo. Ottima colazione. Molto gentile la cameriera nella sala colazione. Parcheggio a pagamento 20 € al giorno.si potrebbe abbassare il prezzo visto che accanto costa 15 € al giorno e che molti alberghi offrono il parcheggio gratis”

“It’s a little odd that the rooms have mini fridges but you have to rent a microwave for $25 a day. All trash cans were overflowing in the common areas through the whole weekend, elevators were limited to like 2 out of 4 and they were dirty. Like cigarette buts, cups and all. I know that the guests were the cause but the staff left it as it was. The room was nice but we couldn’t adjust the temp”

“The hotel has rooms that people are staying long term. They have signs in their windows saying "by all means, do not knock on the door." It was loud all night. Yelling and banging. Someone even knocked on the bathroom window while we were there. The bathroom door wouldn't close and the microwave was missing a knob to set the heat. The door to the room locked, but to be honest needed another lock for security. We passed many homeless and strung out people on the walk to the boardwalk. ”
