“1. The room that we stayed in was a handicapped room - we didn't request it - we were assigned to it. CLEARLY, service animals have stayed in that room because it STUNK of DOG. We kept the AC down much more than comfortable just to try and reduce the smell. 2. The water pressure in the shower was a trickle. “Clean rooms with an awesome breakfast and also provided to go bags for those who were moving in the fast lane. Staff was great. Check in was a breeze. The only issue was the air and they took care of it asap. Although the air decided to go on the fritz again as we were leaving. Otherwise a pleasant experience. ”

“It was fine the shower was water was totally backing up while we were in the shower the water was standing didn’t like that at all and the ice machine was not working on the 2nd floor and the elevator was out but the staff were phenomenal”

“No body wash in the bathroom. Shower was missing a place for soap or wash really bad condition. Need some updates the rest of the room was good just need to update bathroom and put facial tissues and keep amenities in the bathroom. Curtains were terrible hanging over air conditioner. Need ti be replace. Light comes in all night from the street lights or something. ”
