“The hotel was not clean. My room had a water leak from the ceiling, the room was not clean to a satisfactory standard, and the sheets and towels had a mildew odor. I will not stay here in the future nor will I recommend this hotel to anyone. Furthermore, when I was trying to checkout, the front counter was closed.”

“Lukewarm water for shower. Stale cigarette smell in hallways and elevator. Staff members were very nice. Didn’t not use amenities or eat breakfast.”

“La habitación que yo tenía reservada no me la dieron me la cambiaron, cuando ingrese al habitación el aire acondicionado no servía y en recepción me dijeron que todo funcionaba hasta que les mostré una foto del cable dañado, después me cambiaron o habitación parecía todo normal hasta que encontré pequeñas cucarachas en el baño. Muy mala experiencia .”

“Good customer service. My only issue are the room dont smell good, bathroom shower not working, bathroom in general is outdated and not so clean. Carpet seem dirty. Need a lot of improvement.”

“For the price, it was ideal for a weary traveler. The beds are comfortable and the shower was clean. A big plus for me is that it's dog friendly.The walls are thin and it is on the Interstate. Definitely not a vacation destination.”

“Booked a room online, walked in and the walls had mold, balcony door was covered in mold and didn’t even close. when we told the front desk person, their response was “our housekeeper has been sick”. which i get, but at the same time, the housekeeper has nothing to do with the fact that the room was covered in mold. will never book here again. and the indoor pool was NASTY. didn’t even stay because it was so gross”
