“Tiny one-person cramped balcony. No room for a comfortable lounge chair in room. Not everyone likes to watch TV in bed. Ice tray in freezer box was off/broken and cube trays sitting melted in a pool of water. I don't consider this to be athe Superior Studio advertised, given size and comments above.”

“One of the best places i have stayed in New Zealand! Staff were amazing and very friendly. The best mattress - a proper mattress- ive had during my trip. The mattress was soft enough, not like a board, a full sized queen (not two singles pushed together) and was lower to the ground. Bathroom clean and tidy. Nice thick towels. “Really handy position. Unfortunately the lift was broken but staff very helpful in offering to help with luggage. Quite loud road noise but the facility itself is good value for money and walking distance to the beach and shops. Would happily stay there again”

“If you are looking for a place where you don't get any services other than house cleaning. Then you will be happy here. I like the rooms and I stayed mostly during the week so it was quite which I like. It's cold time of year so I didn't try the pools because they are both out doors. Parking is for one vehicle per room and they are not allowed pet's which is on the website. The reception was closed alot so if you needed assistance it's not helpful. I was happy doing my own thing though.”
