“Most of the house was dirty, floors felt like they hadn't been cleaned, turned everyone's feet black in less than 30 minutes of being there. Trash in-between couch cushions. Different kitchen appliances, outlets that didn't work. Host did try to make it right but not much could be done when you've already moved your whole party and their stuff into a house. The house was just as the pictures showed and was spotless. All the lights, appliances, heaters, electronics, etc. worked making our stay effortless to enjoy.
