“My wife and I have stayed at this property twice while visiting family in Taiwan. The hotel is close to the airport (about a 20 min drive away) and is conveniently located next to the metro, Global Mall and many local stores/shops/restaurants. It is very easy to grab a taxi or ride share. We stayed in an Executive Suite, which was very clean, roomy and comfortable, and also had a nice view of the city. “到着し、チェックインしようとしましたが、ドアが閉まっていて中に入ることができませんでした。外はうす暗く、ひとりきりでとても不安でした。他に店もないため、蒸し暑い中メールをして返信を待つことしかできませんでしたが、幸い他の宿泊客に入れてもらうことができました。しかし、スタッフらしき人がおらず（誰がスタッフで宿泊客なのか非常に分かりづらいです）部屋に入ることも買い物をすることもできず大変困りました。 15分くらい重い荷物を持ちながらうろうろしていると、スタッフに声をかけてもらいようやくチェックインとなりましたが、（どうやら宿泊客リストに載っていなかったようです。。）ドアの操作が複雑なのにあまり丁寧な説明はなく、また入れなくなるのではないかと不安で開けたまま出るしかありませんでした。チェックインできる時間帯が限られているのであれば、そのことをしっかり記載しておいてほしいです。次の日の朝の便だったため空港に近い場所で安く泊まることができる宿泊施設を探していましたが、次回からは少し高くてもきちんとした所に泊まろうと思います。”

"Strategic and comfortable hotel directly connected to taipei main station. Room was wide and comfortable and there was good wifi connection. The staff was really polite. Only drawback : the gym was tiny, old and without any bottle water nor towels."
