“The staff is very helpful. They have laundry which you can pay in credit card, it is very helpful and convenient. The room is spacious. The sound insulation in the room is not good though, you can hear the noise from upper floor and outside, I need earplug to fall asleep.”

“Staff was incredible! We made our check in at 2:30 instead of 3 and the front desk lady was very nice! The room was very comfortable and well lit, the beds were just a bit stiff for our liking, but we know as foreigners that this is common in korea so we were not disappointed by this! The lobby lounge was supper comfortable and nice. Overall we had a great time:)”
