“Extra bed had a missing 2ft plank in the middle section Had a sleepless night ”

“Staff not trained. We had to keep calling for fresh towels, toilet paper, cleaning the bathroom. ”

“The stay was good but the staff was not accommodating at all. I requested an early check in multiple times and they agreed but my guest waited for 2 hours and didn’t get an early check in. They should have informed me that they won’t be able to give an early check in. ”

“Air conditioning was no good 😭 I requested them for heating but they brought small heaters which was almost broke…towels also not clean ..we stayed three days ..but with same bed sheets which was from the beginning…”

“Amazing staff! Room was cleaned but the furniture and the fixtures are old. Gym was well equipped. Pool was closed due to a private party for the regular hotel guests. ”
