You can share the pool, sun loungers, parasols, outdoor shower, barbecue and garden table with Istrian stone benches.To the delight of children and adults, there is an excellent offer of the playroom with pool table, table tennis, flat screen TV, fridge, sofas and armchairs, air conditioning.The property is fenced, free public parking is available near the residence (50m).In the structure, a common room with washing machine, iron and ironing board is available on request. The grocery shop, church, restaurant, bar, park, car park, pharmacy within a radius of 100 to 250 m. The tourist train station leading to the beaches (sand, pebbles and rocks) of the tourist village of Lanterna (3 km from the house) is 50 metres from the property.
