You’ll receive a 5% immediate payment discount if you pay in full immediately after booking and waive the free cancellation option. To do so, please enter “Buchung100” in the comment field. We will then deduct the 5% for you. If this rate has already been selected on the booking portal, no additional discount is available. Important: With this rate, 100% of the amount is due immediately after booking. This discount can be booked up to 60 days before arrival.
The mobile home is located in Istria in the beautiful Lanterna resort. This spacious and family-friendly resort captivates guests with its direct beachfront location, beautiful coves, numerous green spaces, and shady pine forests. In addition to a large children’s pool with many great slides, the resort also features a swimming pool, a mini-club/entertainment program, and a fantastic playground for the kids. Guests can also enjoy an entertainment program for adults, a wide variety of sports, as well as a restaurant, pizzeria, bar, ice cream parlor, and a small market square.
The modern Happy Superior mobile home is bright and cheerfully furnished and can accommodate up to 7 people. The accommodation consists of a master bedroom with a double bed and 2 bedrooms, each with 2 single beds. In the living area, a sofa bed provides an additional sleeping space. The well-equipped kitchen is located in the living area and features a refrigerator (with a small freezer compartment), a 4-burner gas stove, a sink, cutlery, dishes, pots, a microwave, and a filter coffee maker. The living area features Bluetooth speakers and an USB port. Additionally, mosquito nets are installed on the bedroom and living room windows. The bathroom, located in the master bedroom, features a toilet, a sink, a shower, a mirror, and a hair dryer. The second bathroom is also equipped with a toilet, sink, and shower. The covered wooden deck, complete with a table, chairs, and a hanging chair, is perfect for relaxing. The outdoor area also features 2 lounge chairs and either a charcoal grill or an electric griddle. Travel time from the Italian border is approximately 2 hours. Note: If you need more than one accommodation, this is usually possible with us, as we have several properties of the same style.
CHECK-IN DATE + LENGTH OF STAY
Please refer to the calendar for the check-in and check-out dates as well as the minimum length of stay during your desired season. Note: If, for any reason, you are unable to arrive on the scheduled arrival date, you may of course check in the following day (please notify us before arrival). The same applies if you wish to depart early; in this case, departure on the previous day is also possible. However, the rental period and price specified at the time of booking remain unchanged.
BEACH
The vacation park has several access points to various beaches. There are rocky beaches with gravel, swimming platforms, grassy areas, or steeper beaches. There are both free and organized sections, so you can decide whether you’d rather bring your own lounge chair or rent one. One beach slopes gently into the water, making it well-suited for families and children. Guests also have access to many water sports, such as scuba diving, canoeing, windsurfing, and sailing. Additionally, the beach features a bouncy castle in the water and a beach bar. This makes the beach the ideal place to relax while sunbathing or to enjoy one of the many sports activities. You can grab a quick snack in the shade of the beach bar, which is open from morning until evening and offers an inviting selection of refreshing and delicious treats.
POOL
Vacationers have access to a large seawater pool with spacious lounging areas, lounge chairs, and umbrellas. The massage jets pamper adult guests, while younger guests have access to a large water park, a wading pool with slides, a waterfall, and other play equipment.
FAMILY-FRIENDLY
During the mid- and high seasons, a team of experienced activity leaders will gently liven up your stay. Every day, there are rotating activities such as soccer, table tennis, beach volleyball, water polo, tennis, and game tournaments. The team also organizes aerobics, water aerobics, and other classes. For children, there’s a mini-club, and for older guests, there are various entertainment options. There’s also a great playground for our youngest guests. Your children will have the opportunity to take center stage in evening performances. Every evening, cabaret shows, game nights, and guest nights are organized, followed by a disco and/or dance nights. Those looking to stay active have plenty of options. Multipurpose courts (basketball, volleyball, soccer), table tennis, bocce, a volleyball court, and tennis courts. The resort features a car wash, lockers, a marketplace, a game room, a boat ramp, and a first-aid service.
LEISURE AND SPORTS
Those who want to stay in shape even while on vacation are spoiled for choice: tennis courts, a basketball court, a soccer field, a mini-soccer field, beach volleyball, bike paths, and jogging trails. In addition, the entertainment team puts together a varied daily fitness program featuring stretching, water aerobics, and much more. On the beach, you can rent or book pedal boats, paddle boats, sailboats, surfing lessons, and canoes. Bicycle rentals are also available. By bike, you can follow beautiful bike paths and enjoy the stunning view of the crystal-blue sea. Or simply enjoy a stroll along the kilometer-long beach in a truly Mediterranean atmosphere.
SHOPPING
The resort has a grocery store where you’ll find not only fresh food but also a wide selection of everyday items. A bakery, a fish market, a souvenir shop, a sporting goods store, a tobacco and newsstand, and an ATM are also available to guests.
DINING
The apartment features a well-equipped kitchen. Shopping options are also nearby. The vacation park also offers a restaurant, a pizzeria, a barbecue restaurant, a takeout spot, a snack bar, and an ice cream parlor. If you’d prefer to take advantage of half-board or full-board options, you’re welcome to book them on-site (no advance reservation is required).

SPECIAL NOTES
The tenant is responsible for final cleaning. Cleaning supplies such as brooms, mops, etc., are provided. The accommodations are inspected afterward to ensure they are clean. Any complaints will result in a charge of 50 euros. High chairs and travel cribs must be requested at the time of booking (for a fee as specified in the additional costs) or must be requested no later than 1 week before arrival (later requests cannot be guaranteed).

The vacation resort is located in Tar, right next to the beach, making it ideal for families with children. A trip to Umag is definitely worth it. There, you’ll find an exciting town with a charming location and a picturesque, lively old town. A cultural highlight is a visit to the Forma Viva Sculpture Gallery on the Slovenian coast near Portorož. The Dajla Monastery on the coast is a magical sight to behold. With its bright yellow facade, a wildly romantic garden, and picturesque turrets, it is an impressive destination on the Adriatic coast.
CITY AND SURROUNDINGS
The beautiful historic city of Poreč is situated right on the sea. With its pine forests, seaside promenades, and coastal restaurants, it is a true haven of rest and relaxation. It is full of artistic and historical attractions just waiting to be discovered by you. Just a few minutes’ drive away is the Istralandia Water Park, which offers fun for the whole family. Between the two port cities of Umag and Pula, there are several towns worth visiting that are definitely worth exploring. Fazana, Rovinj, Vrsar, Poreč, as well as Pula and Umag themselves, offer numerous restaurants, shopping opportunities, and historic buildings that are definitely worth seeing. Various amusement parks, such as Istralandia, Aquacolors, or the Glavani Climbing Park, offer great opportunities for fun with the whole family. For nature lovers, we recommend a visit to the Brijuni Islands or the Jama-Grotta Beradine. Seafood lovers are in the right place in this region! Here you’ll find all kinds of fish, prepared in countless ways. You’ll also find excellent wine in Croatia. So if you’re looking to treat yourself, this is the perfect place. There’s plenty of entertainment in the evenings, too. Croatians love festivals, music, and getting together—whether at a nightclub, on the beach promenade, or in a small alleyway. So your evening entertainment is guaranteed. The inland area behind the coastline offers many forests, bike paths, and hiking trails, so those seeking peace and quiet or active travelers will both find plenty to enjoy. The famous weekly markets are usually held daily in Poreč, Rovinj, and Pula.
