“Wir haben eine Woche in Tarbert verbracht. Das Haus ist geräumig und sauber. Es sind 4 Bäder vorhanden, allerdings nur zwei Duschen. Die Unterkunft liegt ca.6km entfernt von Tarbert- dort findet man alles was man benötigt. Supermarkt, Restaurants und eine Apotheke. Das Haus lädt zum Verweilen ein ,wenn sie die Natur lieben,gerne lesen und die Ruhe mögen sind sie hier richtig. Ausflugsziele Empfehlungen West Port Beach, Oban, Campeltown, Isle of Arran. “Really run down. In our room, the shower attachment distinegrated, the bathroom fan did not work, the toilet seat was broken, the electric face plate for the towel rail was smashed, the bathroom door had had 2 big holes filled, the carpet was stained. The entire hotel is run down and needs a full refurbishment. Outside, the beer garden has a fake rolled out lawn, cut badly around the edges with trip hazards. Avoid the restaurant. I ordered steak pie and mash. What I got was some meat in a dish...

“Fabulous location with a great bar & restaurant. The bedroom was warm, comfortable and well appointed. The service by the staff was tremendous. The food, beers and whisky was absolutely tremendous, the best of my trip by far.”

“I stayed two nights in the single room which was to the rear of the property. Despite being quite small, it was adequate for my needs as all I did was sleep there. The hotel is within walking distance of the town which was perfect. Highlights were definitely the view over the bay, the shower in my room - hot and powerful - and the breakfast was probably the best I’ve had in a very long time.
