“ho chiesto una coperta a posto del piumino e hanno provveduto solo al terzo giorno non capendo prima cosa intendevo per coperta. il secondo giorno il letto non era stato fatto e il terzo ancora non era stata pulita la stanza alle 15.30. ho dovuto sollecitare ma sono venuti troppo tardi e ho rinunciato. in piscina un solo telo a testa e avendone chiesti due mi sono venuti a rimproverare vedendo che mio marito non arrivava e li avevo usati entrambi io. ”

“Appartement conforme à la description, propre et bien équipé. Le logement est situé dans un environnement calme, idéal pour se reposer. Toutefois, il est un peu excentré : une voiture est indispensable pour se déplacer et profiter pleinement des environs. Dans l’ensemble, bon séjour. Je donnerais une note entre 7 et 8 sur 10.”

This was due to our stay at this hotel: the staff were fabulous and extremely friendly as well as helpful; the resort speaks for itself, it is identical to the images online; the beach is one of a kind. They were also very helpful in terms of booking an airport transfer for us meaning our way home was hassle-free. The location of the resort is very central in-between two local towns (tamraght and tagazhout) and are very much in walking...

“Breakfast was stunning, people friendly, massage was gorgeous (and the spa!!) the sea front promenade was great - grab a bike and explore. The restaurants were gorgeous especially the Italian”

“Het was de vierde keer dat we er gingen, dus slecht is het niet maar nu was het niet proper. We verbleven er 4 dagen en gedurende de ganse 4 dagen was de vloer van de eetruimte/living niet proper. De kamer gelukkig wel. Iets mindere ervaring nu maar voor de prijs nog ok.”

“The toilet seat in my room was completely broken - both parts - making it very uncomfortable to use. A plug socket to the left of my bed was not screwed in making it very dangerous to use. Although I arrived at the property at 6.30pm there was nobody on reception that could speak English For some reason the web-form I had to complete for registration didn't work, even though I was instructed to try it 4 times. This had to be completed manually in the morning!”

“The advertisement/pictures on Expedia about the property were false/ misleading. Broken furniture, cockroaches in the kitchen, mold in the bedroom. No checkin station, no info about the property. Neither myself nor Expedia agents were able to communicate with the property manager! Wish there was an option to zero star!! Worst experience with any stay”

“Read my whole review I have done a full YouTube video of this hotel as well as vlogged it for my YouTube channels TipsNNTricks and BensbergFilms with that said let's jump right into the review. I booked this with Expedia in the United States before I came and got a killer rate for two nights I definitely wish I would have stayed longer but wanted to spend some time in Tagazout as well. But in the perfect world I would next time I return I could easily do one week plus here because of how nice it...
