“I enjoyed my stay at the Panorama Hotel though there were a lack of amenities like a microwave or toaster in my room, also a lack of drawers to put your clothing in. Apart from this it is a nice place to stay at and would be happy to stay there again if I ever come back to St Helens.”

“l'albergo è ben tenuto, le stanze sono pulite, il personale gentile e disponibile per ogni informazione. L'unica pecca è quella di essere un po' lontano dal centro. Sono preferibili le stanze con vista fiume, le altre danno su un'area commerciale/industriale. Comunque da raccomandare”

“The room we had booked for three nights had a terrible bed, one side firm and the other was so soft and uncomfortable. The TV was not working, the excuse given was that they had just installed new TV'S and for some reason ours was the only room that wasn't connected properly. The solution wait until the following day for someone to fix it. We ordered room service. I had a steak sandwich on sourdough, it was on Rye, soggy and steak undercooked. I ended up unwell and spent the rest of the night...

“Clean room, very comfortable King bed. Nice bathroom. Close to the Gorge and everything in town, great position. Would stay again and highly recommend.”

“Unfortunately had a rough check in where one room could't be located due to the system changing the name on our booking. Otherwise the rooms were spacious and clean.”
