“No kitchen just a microwave on a small bench in a small nook! No sink. Room is a dark box with no window to speak of, just a tiny window that you leave the blind down as another window looks straight in to yours. Small fridge with no light and an overly frozen icebox. TV doesn’t work after 1 minute it’s freezes and remote does not function. You have to turn off from the wall and on again and select your Chanel out of 3 before it freezes again,forget Netflix or YouTube. I suffer from flicker...

“Picked up the key, but only returned to the van after hours. Door did not lock at all and the bolt came out when the key was turned. Called the emergency number, only to be rudely told "What do you want me to do about it, I'm at work 30 min away". I said that the door didn't lock and that would need to be fixed. the reply "Oh, we've known about that for a few weeks and it will be fixed next week".
