“for a 3 night stay I would have preferred a second set of towels”

“Check-in was confusing, as there was no one at reception on arrival. When I called the provided number, I was instructed to open a locked room that was already occupied by another guest, which was quite concerning. There were also no clear instructions provided for the check-out process. Since my stay, I have been receiving emails stating that payment has not been made. This is incorrect, as I paid in full at the time of booking and have receipts to confirm this.”

“Beautiful part of the state, the simplicity of the accommodation blended with the beautiful countryside. The sauna was a treat, and food at Maydena Eats was delicious. WiFi instructions were wrong (maybe outdated?) and shower floors and bedroom corners had been overlooked— fixable things. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay.”

“Parking was right outside our room. We had a slight hiccup with our room. However the Manager Jackie was very quick to kindly move us to another room. Jackie went out of her way and nothing was too much trouble. Would definitely stay here again ”

“We arrived on a rainy coolish afternoon, and were so glad to get into our spacious unit and have a cuppa. Lots of room, very comfortable bed, and we ordered dinner to eat in. There is a sizeable restaurant too. We were really happy with our stay, especially not having to go out in the weather for dinner. ”

“Ok this is an old building and we should appreciate that. The room facilities were basic (the shower head leaked reducing pressure, one electrical blanket did not work and the general cleaning could be better) we thought that the continental breakfast layout could be better to reduce congestion. The breakfast was toast, cereal and limited fruit. Tea and coffee was available. The location was excellent over the road from the railway. The staircase is magnificent . “We loved our stay at the Crays. The apartment was spacious and had everything we needed. Easy walk into Strahan and the host made sure we knew all the attractions we should visit. Also the restaurant across the road is excellent. ”
