Tucked away on Shadelands Lane, this 3-bedroom, 1-bathroom Bach is the ultimate hideaway for families, couples, or small groups. With downtown Mount Maunganui at your doorstep and the beach just a stroll away, Seabreeze Lane offers the perfect blend of convenience and relaxation.

Inside, enjoy light-filled spaces with seamless indoor-outdoor flow, perfect for relaxing on the couch or enjoying a BBQ in the sun or shade. Designed for comfort all year round, the home features heating and cooling to ensure a cosy or cool stay no matter the season.

Located just steps from the vibrant downtown area and a short stroll to the beach, this Bach offers the best of Mount Maunganui at your doorstep.

The home sleeps up to six guests with a king bed, queen bed, and two king single beds, all conveniently located near the bathroom. Outside, you’ll find secure parking for a Ute or small car and even space for a jet ski.

Whether you’re here to soak up the sun, explore the bustling downtown, or simply unwind, Seabreeze Lane is ready to welcome you. Come, stay awhile, and make your Mount Maunganui getaway unforgettable!

Please note, as you are in the heart of downtown Mount Maunganui with vibrant cafes, bars, and restaurants nearby, some noise may be experienced during your stay.

Full payment for your stay will be processed 7 days prior to your scheduled arrival.

Please utilize this link to provide your credit card details and upload a valid ID.

Booking Confirmation:
Your booking is considered provisional until the completion of the guest portal, payment has been made and there has been a successful bond hold.

Bond Hold:
A bond hold will be placed on your credit card 7 working days before your scheduled arrival.
The hold will be released 7 working days after your departure, provided the home is returned in the same pristine condition in which it was found.
Deductions may be made from this bond in the event of any incidentals or excess cleaning.
