When we arrived they couldn't find our reservation which wasnt a great start
Our room was on the ground floor a few steps from reception which isn't ideal due to noise from reception and outside seeping in
The place was relatively clean, some of the dishes had sediment on them so they had to be rewashed before use
There was only one bowl
The fridge wasnt clean, there were crumbs from previous use
The bed was ok, not comfy but not rock hard, the bedframe was squeaky so with every movement there was noise, putting pillows behind it helped but didnt fix the problem
The shower in the ensuite had a lot of hard water stains and the temperature changed drastically with little or no movement to the temperature gauge
When the AC was on, there was a banging noise coming from the unit so we didnt keep it on for long
And be careful when booking parking in the underground as if you have a bigger car or are not confident in navigating small spaces, you will scrape your car without a doubt
