“This was an expensive booking. The bathroom was simply filthy and there were worms in the toilet bowl. Had a hard time convincing my family to remain for one night. I tried to cancel the booking but hotels.com complaints are handled by bots. I didn't get a refund despite checking out 2 days earlier, lost more than 2,500sar. I had to move to a different hotel the following morning. I do not recommned the hotel and I also caution you to book through hotels.com who failed me in recovering 2 nights...

“Tutto molto bene, soprattutto la gentilezza del personale. Mi hanno reso la vita facile anche dopo il checkout, visto che avevo un volo a tarda notte. Nel bagno si sentiva un po di puzza, anche se la pulizia sembrava comunque eccellente. Forse problemi di fognatura. Lodore andava via lasciando la (rumorosa) ventola accesa”
