There were no towels in the room and when we went to the front desk to ask, there were no fresh towels to give us at all because there was no housekeeping on site. “I stayed at this hotel and woke up in the middle of the night itching like crazy. I turned on the light and saw that there were red bumps on my arms and shoulders. I checked around the bed and found a bed bug. I couldn't sleep for the rest of the night because of itching and fear that more bugs would get on me. I put one of the bed bugs in a cup and showed it to the desk manager the next morning - she offered me a 10% discount, which I thought was ridiculous. Don't stay at this place.”

“The property was sketchy. There was a lot of folks outside that didn’t belong at motel six. I had two different family members over through the night and one of them even was in the office with me at check in. We were in my room when the manager came to my door and kicked my cousin out and I asked him why he has to leave and they wouldn’t give me a reason. He told me that I was next then later on that evening my brother came over and about 2 mins later the manager was at the door again kicking...

“Night check in staff was great. The original room we had the toilet wasnt working. She was able to reach out to the property manager and switch the rooms for us. Check in was fast and easy as well. She also took into consideration the location of the room for our comfort.”
