It is a very nice property. The reception act as concierge as well and provide a good suggestions and prompt service when asked. That being said, the other hotel staff will not greet you when you walk like other 5 stars hotels, my Expedia VIP status was not recognized, and the hotel lacks in terms of personalized luxury services. I would describe it as a beautiful serviced apartments with coworking office/space in the ground floor. There is also a slight disorganization going on as I booked an airport pickup yet they messaged me asking for the time of arrival to the hotel even though they had my flight details already. Also, I kept a deposit with the hotel but the bar were unable to charge my room which was sorted later.
