Motel a Te Anau

“Great place to stay! Staff extremely friendly and helpful offering lots of suggestions of things to do and places to eat. Room was spacious and nice with lovely coffee on offer too.”

“Lovely location and great amenities”

“All good”

“Overall acceptable “motel” but probably not worth the value , it’s close to the lake but certainly not to the front. The “front” of the rooms offer fantastic views and sounds from a trafficking road instead. Rooms are pretty old fashioned and the bed was garnished with a brownie fake ( and dusty) fur. Welcoming was excellent though but certainly not sufficient to compensate.”

“We really enjoyed our stay. A beautifully maintained and well appointed property. Extremely helpful staff.”

“Really welcoming and friendly staff, room was clean and very pleasant to stay in. We appreciated the advice on what is locally available and for our trip.”

“From the moment you click on the website, its premise is based on a lie, for ‘Lakeside Te Anau Accommodation’ it is not! The room is relatively clean, no doubt helped by the bed bug warnings emblazoned on the room walls. It is rather quaint, the room decor and bedspreads reminding me of my great grandma’s place, bless her soul, with warnings about fines for not doing the dishes to an appropriate standard again reminding us of the history of a bygone era. Beware of breaking the rules as you...
