“L'hotel si trova in pieno centro a Hamilton vicino alla " movida" che termina molto presto. Camera indubbiamente datata ma molto ampia e confortevole Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo ”

“Check in process was ridiculous - 4pm on a Tuesday we are standing on the street for 15-20 minutes waiting for a receptionist to turn up after several attempts and hangups using the intercom. Not ideal. The rooms were great tho and very handy location to our event”

“I'm going to keep this short and sweet. There were cockroaches in my bed. They were babys too which is a sign that they are breeding and there is an infestation. I personally find that to be a crazy health and safety issue but apparently this is not grounds for a refund. I am disappointed by both the hotel and Expedia.”

“Check in closed at 4pm - it seems a little early for people who are travelling. Reception had been informed we would arrive later than 4pm and a parking spot was booked. On arrival we received an envelope with our details. A parking place had NOT been reserved as requested. Emergency receptionist was contacted but told that no reservation had been made and the car park was full. We had to park in a nearby paid parking station. “We stayed here for 2 nights and were very comfortable. The rooms are nice and have comfortable beds, new bathrooms and nice new carpet too. The manager was very helpful when I checked in and I found out I had actually booked the wrong dates (arrived a day early) but he changed it for me issues. Great location near the stadium, supermarkets and about a 10-15 minute walk to Hamilton Central”

“The room was very neglected & needs completely refurbishing. The springs could be felt through the sheets on the double bed mattress. The fridge freezer was noisy & in the bedroom area. All the paintwork was chipped & worn & the bathroom vanity stained & old. Flooring in the bathroom was marked, dirty & lifting in places. I've stayed in many places & thought this was very overpriced for the conditions. It looks like the room has never been redecorated since the motel was built. ”
