“I adore Edwin and his family. They took very good care of this solo woman traveler. He feed me very well!! The atmosphere was very authentic to how the locals live in the jungle. It is rustic. Shower did not have hot water.. I did have the room with a.c. Very nice. I will for sure go here again.”

“The place is a bit dated, but overall a nice serene escape if you're looking to disconnect and relax. Staff was super polite and helpful the entire time. Upon entering our room, it was clean aside from a condom wrapper on the ledge and a used condom in the trash can which we can only assume came from staff after the room had beed cleaned. “Maybe spend a few minutes at check-in to give the guest all the info they need. After signing the reservation form, I was given a key and my room was pointed out me. No other info was given. Front Desk agent was in a hurry to leave the building. No WiFi info, location of resort amenities, or other property info was shared. We walked around to find the pool and discovered it was dirty with a bunch leaves and other debris. I learned about the walking trails after my departure from someone else....
