Not really a criticism but the Decor was a bit dated but runs in theme of the Hotel I suppose 😊

We had a lovely welcome on arrival, and the room was clean and functional. Yes, it’s dated and parts are not ideal but the owner is obviously trying to improve as and when they can and responds to all feedback positively.
I think the descriptions of the rooms etc could do to be improved just for clarity, but it’s a minor issue.

My room was very clean and the bed was comfortable.
All the staff were very friendly and I was made to feel very welcome, the food was very nice and well presented
The Manager even carried my bags out to the outdoor seating area where my sisters were seated. I have no complaints ”

“Beautiful stay! Very comfy family room with a king bed and a single, fan provided as it was HOT! Very small bathroom but very clean with lots of towels. Gorgeous terrace for drinks and beautiful breakfast the next morning. The only suggestion would be the terrace is maybe reserved for residents as we wanted to go in for another drink and it was full which was a shame. But cant blame them, it was gorgeous there! Thank you for a lovely stay!”

“The room was very spacious and comfortable. The property is old (steeped in history) but the room had all the features we needed. The instructions were excellent and the owners were incredibly responsive and helpful.
The bed was a little creaky and the pillows were a little thin/soft for my preferences, but perfectly comfortable and adequate. Great value for money. Great location.
