“Pleasantly surprised, wouldn’t have thought to choose a YHA in the past but price for a private en-suite room was very reasonable. Cafe on site, well stocked kitchen for self-catering, free parking and short walk to the beach. Later check in than I’m used to (5pm) was the only downside. ”

“Beautifully remodeled seaview room. Appreciated the nice shower and toiletries. Breakfast was provided the evening before in a cooler. All needed items were thoughtfully provided. Self-check in and out easy and the directions were clear. Dinner in the pub was also quite tasty.”

“The service was great, though my suggestion is that it is difficult to pair with an extended stay when you booked a short stay. The long-stay owners were extremely loud on the last day. Overall, a three-star from me, just because the service was good.”

“We had the most wonderful stay. The location is just beautiful and it's so very peaceful. I stayed in the Wall Room with my dog. It was totally dog friendly with a very comfortable bed and a fabulous shower. There was a bed, towel, water bowl and treats for my dog. The restaurant/cafe was located close by and the food was lovely. Chef David has created a fabulous menu. The Sunday lunch was totally delicious. The restaurant staff were lovely. “The rooms were lovely, warm and clean. Having a dog bed and food bowls was a lovely touch. The fridge was useful and we have plenty of space. The bed was very comfy. We really enjoyed the breakfast, especially the fried bread!! The staff were amazing, we wished we could have stayed longer! ”
