“Couldn't comment on staff because we didn't see any. But saying that the room was clean, bed comfortable and adequate supplies. Excellent shower and wash facilities. Handy for Chirk Castle and British Ironworks Park. ”

“I demand a refund. I waited in the dark in the rain for the host to give me the code to get in. The host did not answer calls. This was an emergency to get to the nearby hospital to visit a critically ill relative. I did not stay and booked another place ”

“Great concept. Few areas to improve. Loose handles on drawers. Dust in cups. Water in appliances. Bathroom bin not emptied leaving wonderment what else was missed. Shower would benefit from a more thorough clean with a brush. Shower hose grooves and areas within the shower holding mold. Bed ok but would benefit from a firmer mattress as they maintain shape better. Crisper cotton sheets. Although white they didn’t look the cleanest. Large mirror damage and cracked. “Lovely attic room, everything you could want, great location, and good parking at property ”

“When i arrived i was sent the code to the key safe to get the keys. When I opened it there was no key in the safe. Having phoned the contact number and cutting a long story short a member of staff had gone off with the keys in his pocket. Also there was no shower gel in the shower. The kitchen is communal and the walls are not thick and I was awaken by the sound of cups being knocked together at approximately 6 am.”

“Hi, we really enjoyed our stay at The Globe House in the Legges Hill bedroom. It had everything we needed and the bathroom is simply amazing! Regarding breakfast we would suggest more of a selection of cereals and perhaps some fruit juices and yoghurts in the fridge. We will definitely recommend this as a great place to stay in a lovely location, convenient for all that Ironbridge has to offer. Thank-you… Sue and Roger ”
