“The room itself was spacious and comfortable. The receptionist was very helpful. The location in the city centre was very convenient, but there was a fair bit of noise overnight (traffic as well as people moving their suitcases in the early hours), so keep that in mind if you're a light sleeper. My main complaint was that the temperature setting of the fridge/freezer wasn't cold enough when we arrived, so the freezer thawed out overnight and we had to throw out some food. “If I could give no stars I would. Do not stay here as it is a health hazard. If you need a place to stay then sleep iin your car and if you don’t have a car, choose a bus stop, it will be cleaner. Upon arrival, to get the key. had to ring a phone number, no one on site to help. In room it was absolute filthy, with blood on floor, pubic hairs & in general terrible condition as was all of the outside areas.
People talk outside the room from 4am We did not feel safe and did not sleep. Towels smelt...
