This modern 3-bedroom private home is conveniently located just outside Telluride, along the "forever wild" Valley Floor. The Valley Floor is Telluride's most pristine area, forever protected from development. This area features wildlife throughout the year and you will often see elk, hawks and coyotes from the home. The Valley Floor has nice hiking and biking opportunities as well as SUP'ing the river. There are also groomed cross country skiing tracks in the winter season. You are less than a 5-minute drive to downtown Telluride and skiing - or an easy 10-minute bike ride along the bike path. This home is also on the free Galloping Goose shuttle route.

Basecamp at Valley Floor is a 4-level home and was built in 2019. You enter into the spacious mud room with plenty of space for outerwear. 

Up one floor to the main floor is the living room, kitchen, half bath and dining area. This level also features a large terrace with amazing views, seating and a BBQ grill. The large wooden dining table has a chair and 3 benches for seating around it, comfortably seating up to 12 guests.
There are also 4 seats along the kitchen island. The kitchen features a Wolf range and KitchenAid refrigerator and dishwasher as well as a Keurig coffee maker with reusable coffee pods, so you can use any types of ground coffee you choose. The kitchen is stocked with basic pantry items and spices and has a full range of quality cook ware, utensils and Williams-Sonoma dinner ware, including some baby/child dinner ware.
The living room features a flat screen TV, hidden by tasteful artwork and is accessible via an art lift. 

On the 3rd level are 2 bedrooms; one with a king bed and the other with a queen bed (new pictures coming soon of the queen bedroom). The king bedroom has an en suite bathroom with a steam shower.
The queen bedroom has an en suite bathroom with shower/tub combo. This bedroom features sprawling southern views of the Valley Floor. This floor also has a private laundry room and TV room with a flat screen TV and mini-fridge.

Upstairs on the 4th (top) level sits the primary suite. This suite has a king bed, large flat screen TV, en suite bathroom with double vanity and double shower, office and walk-in closet. There is also a large deck off the primary suite with truly unmatched views of the Valley Floor and the box canyon!
On the backside of the home off the top level is a deck with a private outdoor hot tub and wood burning firepit - with unmatched mountain views!

This home features towels and linens at 5-star hotel luxury quality throughout and consist of 100% organic Turkish cotton from FrontGate's Resort Collection. All linens are at least 400+ thread count Legends Hotel collection Supima cotton sateen.

This home is the perfect place for a family or friends that want all the conveniences of Telluride, yet want to be close to nature and enjoy the peace and quiet. It's not uncommon to hear the elk and coyotes talking at night!
