Our Ski in/Ski out access is contingent on the mountain's operational status and the specific lift serving this area, subject to change due to weather, maintenance, and other factors beyond our control. Guests are encouraged to contact us before their stay for the latest lift and access information, with updates provided based on the ski resort's management. While we aim for uninterrupted Ski in/Ski out access, your safety and satisfaction are our top priorities. For further details or inquiries, reach out to or call.

The location was perfect! The Mountain village is where you want to stay! The kitchen had everything you could need! I am gluten free so we cook in a lot! My 3rd year staying in Blue Mesa! I will be back next year!

I had an incredible stay at the Blue Mesa Condo in Telluride! The location was perfect—right in the heart of Mountain Village with easy access to the gondola, shops, and restaurants. The condo itself was clean, well-appointed, and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The views from the balcony were breathtaking. The check-in process was smooth, and the host was communicative and helpful throughout my stay. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a convenient and cozy stay in Telluride.

The location and the condo were perfect!! They did an amazing job with communication and it was the perfect space, location and views! However, the ONLY disappointment was that we went with this booking (compared to others that were lower price) under the impression that it had a private hot tub. The hot tub is on the top floor and for all in the condo's to use. However, we were disappointed that it was not even in working order and had a sign to not use.

Great location for your family trip. Mountain Village and Telluride are beautiful! The property is in an ideal location, but could use some updating in the kitchen and bathrooms. They are very dated. Everything is clean and communication was pretty good other than a non-response on a question. The guide does answer the majority of all questions.

Location is perfect - in the village, quick walk to the gondola. 3 good size bedrooms, perfect for my family of six. Two story. Very clean. Had an issue with the fridge that was addressed immediately by the property manager. Overall, we loved our stay and hope to stay here again.

Levi was an astounding host. I was shocked and little confused when he knew my name when I called him. I figured with a property management company I would have to let them know where I was going to etc, but Levi did his homework and knew where I was going and what details I needed to know. The property was amazing and the renovations look great. The steam shower was my favorite part of our stay. We took a last minute trip with just my wife and son, and there was an abundance of space. Next time we’ll be bringing some friends along. The location is great, we were in town for the bluegrass festival and it was an easy on and off from the gondola with a couple of great food spots right below the condo. I can’t think of anything that could have gone better and I can’t say more that Levi is a dedicated professional in his industry. Whenever I called he answered right away.

The Condo is in an amazing location, close to the slopes, restaurants and shops. The property itself is a little tired which was explained to be but didn’t realise how much. There is a lot of space. The living area and view from was fantastic. The bathrooms are in need of a desperate renovate. The sinks have cracks in then and the showers particularly the master bedroom ensuite is a little mould in the grout and smells a little. The water pressure also is not the best. It was disappointing that the master bedroom blinds were broken so could not be lifted. It made the room very dark and depressing. We were told this the day before arriving. I would that thought that within 10 days it could have been fixed. The kitchen was well equipped but it was disappointing to to have glass wine glasses but only plastic ones! The downstairs bedroom also needed a good dust/clean behind the bed. The carpet in the bedrooms is also stained and worn. Other than that we still enjoyed our stay but do feel that it is overpriced for the state of the Condo.
