This gorgeous mountain retreat offers top-shelf amenities, stunning views of Mt Wilson, and privacy, but it also enjoys convenient access to world-class skiing, golfing, hiking, bike trails, shopping, and dining. When adventure calls, you're only a quick, free shuttle from the Mountain Village core, and from there a free gondola ride into the city of Telluride. Navigating both Mountain Village and Telluride from this home is both hassle-free and seamless. Peak features include a private hot tub, media room, private primary suite, steam showers, bunk room, laundry room, fireplaces, wet bar, and a two-car garage.

The Latitude 38 by Vacasa Clubhouse is a private hangout for our guests. Expect unmatched service at a convenient location, ski lockers, concierge services, a cozy lounge, free WiFi, coffee, and snacks!

THINGS TO KNOW
As part of your stay with Vacasa, you will have access to the clubhouse. This facility is located in the heart of Mountain Village and is complete with ski lockers (limited availability & by request), on-site concierge services, free Wi-Fi, and coffee.
The next-door neighbors' extremely friendly dog, Rocky, used to live in this house, so he may come and say hello.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 8 vehicles.

Ski shuttle details: Free shuttle service with rental. Download the Mountain Village Dial-A-Ride App and create a free log-in to request pick-up/drop-off. Guest Code will be provided upon check-in.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

A great house in Telluride!

One of the best properties we have rented on our many vacations! The house is huge and very well furnished/equipped. The views can't be beaten. Don't be dissuaded by the fact that it isn't near the slopes - the shuttle literally picks you up at the front door and will drop you and your gear anywhere in Mountain Village. The house was immaculate when we checked in and Vacasa was very responsive when we had an issue with the hot tub. Highly recommend!

Wonderful home

This home is absolutely wonderful l. Beautiful with plenty of space. Well appointed. It met our needs exactly. Extremely clean, comfortable beds, well equipped kitchen. I would defiantly recommend. The dial a ride made getting everywhere super easy. Thank you so much!

Annual Family Retreat

I would love to give this property a five-star rating but it did not earn it. We had several problems upon arrival. Dirty diapers in the garbage cans in the garage, lack of a fan in a bedroom, lights that could not be turned off in the master bathroom (which were never corrected), a kitchen that was not well stocked, the minimum amount of towels that did not reflect the premium charge for this house, inadequate amount of silverware. When we called about the problems, the operator hung up three times. When we finally got a person on the phone, they were from another country, and communicating was challenging. She was impatient, and I asked her if she was having a bad day? She said that her day was exasperating. I said, "Please don't take it out on me." We did not get a response from the property manager for two days. The house seems a little tired and could use improved furnishings, but I understand because it is a rental property. On the flip side, the house is beautiful and the view is incredible.
