Welcome to Plunge A, an AvantStay home!

The Plunge Condominiums sit right on the banks of Cornet Creek and one block from Lift 7. A townhouse-style layout makes the most of views and space.

The fantastic deck on this condo is great in the summer and winter, while its location is convenient to everything in town and less than a block from Lift #7.

Entry is on the ground level, with ski rack just inside the front door. Up one flight, there is a small sitting area with gas fireplace, flat-screen TV with Roku and VCR/DVD, full-sized sofa-sleeper, a full kitchen and dining table that seats six. There is a deck off of the living room with great views of the box canyon.

The first bedroom is on the ground floor, with a queen bed, flat-screen TV with USB port, and bathroom on the hall with a shower-tub combo. Then up one more flight from the living room is the master suite with king bed which can be split into two twins, jacuzzi tub in the room, and private bath with shower only. There is also a back entrance off this bedroom.

The free in-town shuttle bus stops at the corner across from the condos. Siam (Thai restaurant), the popular There bar (cocktails and tapas) and Wine Mine (liquor store) are also on that corner, while the historic downtown of Telluride is just four blocks away. Town Park and the festival fairgrounds are just five blocks straight down Pacific Avenue, and the San Miguel River Trail is a few steps away. The base of Lift #7 (Coonskin Lift) is less than a block to the west. Essentially everything is within a 10-minute walk.

Hiking, biking, and jeeping trails start right from town and offer destinations including historic mine sites, ghost town, waterfalls, and even 14,000-foot peaks (Sneffels being the closest). Winter adventures of ice skating, cross-country skiing, and sledding can be found in the Town Park, with a groomed Nordic track.

This condo is a perfect choice, whether your pleasure is a fun winter vacation or a peaceful summer visit.

Home Truths:
- There is no A/C at this property.
- This condo has the ability to occupy six guests, but due to the size of the condo, we recommend a max occupancy of four guests.
- This condo has its own washer/dryer and wireless Internet. Limited complex parking is available in the back lot.
- We allow service animals at this home. If undisclosed pets are brought into the home without AvantStay's approval there is a fine of $500 per pet.
- Telluride experiences "off-seasons" in the spring and fall. Many services are not available to travelers. Please check activities/restaurants/home amenities, etc. when booking these dates.
- Please note; As a ski town, many construction projects happen around town all summer. Working hours are 8 am-7 pm.

A pack n' play travel crib and a high chair are available upon request.

Accidental Damage Protection: A non-refundable accidental damage protection plan has been included in the price of your reservation. Under this plan, you will not be held responsible to pay for accidental damage or loss to the rental property resulting from you or others in your party up to $2000. This plan does not cover intentional acts of a guest, gross negligence, or willful and wanton conduct, and/or damages caused by pets. This plan is not available for reservations 28 days or longer or reservations that require a security deposit.

This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.

As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.

Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.

There is nothing more important to us at AvantStay than the health, safety, and experience of our guests & staff. We've enhanced our cleaning and sanitation protocols and are taking extra care to disinfect all surfaces between reservations with hospital-grade disinfecting solutions.

As a reminder, we do work with 3rd party vendors to maintain the property, and although we adhere to the strictest CDC guidelines and advise all contractors to wear PPE equipment, we can not always enforce. We strongly advise guests to please deny access if any vendors fail to meet and adhere to these standards.

IDs will be requested for verification after booking. All bookings over 30 days require a security deposit.

We report and prosecute all Credit Card Fraud.

The location can't be beat! Just note that there are 2 sets of stairs and the kitchen is in the middle level of both bedroom levels. It was great to have use of the washer and dryer too. Great stay and beautiful views from the living room windows. We will be back!

The property is conveniently located near lift 7 and it is on the Galloping Goose bus line. Also, easy walking distance es to the grocery store and restaurants. We enjoyed every aspect of this vacation rental.

This house has plenty of room and space to spread out. It has three levels and a nice size balcony. The views are amazing! It’s about a 4 min walk to Clark’s market and doors down from two restaurants. That being said, bring your earplugs in the warm months since you’ll need the windows open at night, the crowd can get a little loud at the restaurants and street. I really was pleased with how clean the whole place was and everything is provided! Lots of big windows with natural light!

Really enjoyed our stay at this property and highly recommend it to others. Was exactly as listed and great location within easy walking distance to everything in downtown Telluride. Would be a bit tight with 4 or more people in the living room but regardless definitely a great rental.

Convenient location near chair 7. Clean but a bit dated. The kitchen had everything we needed. It was cold out and the unit never completely warmed up, even after 24 hours. Even so, I’d consider staying here again.

Convenient Telluride location for shopping and enjoying the area. Three levels can be a little tiresome but everything nicely done and as advertised. We had no trouble getting parking in back which is a good thing since on-street parking would be a real challenge. Some trouble locating our condo on arrival - would be nice to be sent a map of the property identifying our unit and where you enter it, where you park, etc. The fall colors were amazing and your very close- within walking distance in some cases - to numerous hiking trailheads to wonderful destinations. We loved it and will definitely consider returning.

Overall stay was good. The property was clean and location was great. Compared to pictures the property is small but comfortable. The property do not have proper insulation, given it is build long time ago. If someone opens up a water (really loud) upstairs or just walking around it is so loud downstairs with all the noises.

This property was perfect for skiing and walking into the downtown area. We parked our car and did not move it until we left. Very clean with all of the amenities we need. we had 4 people, so might have been a little tight with 6. Perfect location!

Overall, the stay was solid. The property was nice and the folks running it were great. Mainly two issues for me and my stay. First off, this place was fairly expensive and the master bedroom had two twin beds sandwiched together instead of an actual queen bed which I thought was kind of cheap given how much we paid to stay here. The only other issue we had was the code on our lock changed an hour before our actual checkout so we got locked out for about 15-20 minutes but they did a good job of helping us ASAP.
