“This property has all the things - a beach front, great view, great quiet location, and wonderful amenities. A week here would be great to relax - a full kitchen to cook, laundry, and all the fixin’s for going to the beach to help you. What a great place! We hope to visit again!”

The onsite laundry with soap included was super convenient, and David even had ice ready for us in the freezer, which was such a nice touch. “Location was good, looked forward to it. But the place was completely unacceptable. Everything was filthy. No dish towels to contemplate cleaning the dirty dishes. That didn't matter much, the fridge wouldn't cool anything. Sinks were filthy. Shower area filthy. Weird electrical buzzing noise. Air conditioning was useless. Doesn't matter, the second bed in the main living area was impossible to even attempt to cool as there was no way to close the windows completely in all but the bedroom. There...

“It is true this is off the beaten track and very quiet except the dogs barking at 3am. Unfortunately when we arrived the bed was crawling with ants. there were 2 holes in the wall that the ants were crawling out of. The property manager's solution was to use a can of raid and duck tape the holes. We had booked for 5 nights but left after 1 night. We found much more comfortable accommodations in Tamarindo.
