“Overall, I had a really good time. The food was actually very good compared to some of the reviews that I saw that mentioned it was mediocre. The transportation staff were top-tier and their driving abilities are unmatched. The only thing is that I did call and asked for the in room snacks to be stocked, but that was never done during my time.”

“The thermal pools were not maintained well at all, and I felt like they were pretty dirty with dead leaves on them and it seemed like they were not very clean. The property also seemed extremely outdated for the amount they charged us. I honestly don’t think it was worth it specially given the room in the washrooms it was giving hotel from the 1970s.”

“Pros: We arrived early because we weren’t sure how long it would take us to get there from the airport and they were able to let us check in early. Very clean room, great little pool (water was really cold which would be fantastic on a really hot day), lots of wildlife (lizards/iguanas, squirrels, birds and butterflies), and very kind, patient and accommodating staff.
