Hotel all inclusive a Playa Conchal

“The property was amazing, for the landscaping to the wildlife. What a great place. The staff was very accommodating and friendly, everyone knew your name and went out of their way to make your stay wonderful.”

“This property was incredible. The staff were friendly and incredibly attentive. Excursions were fun. Our only negative was the food. Breakfast was perfect every morning at the market but the remaining meals were fair at best.”

“Place was beautiful, stayed in a private house. The AC in the room was perfect. Bartender in the main bar was incredible. Didn’t like the pool bars closing at 5pm and wished they had activities that had people in the hotel get together. But everything was perfect.”

“The pool was a major win and we watched it being vacuumed every morning and continuously skimmed throughout the day with nets. The atmosphere is nice and it's just steps away from the beach. Rent a boogie board and spend a few hours playing in the waves. It's super fun! There are amenities for young children that we really didn't learn about before we went. They had an activity center for children and a fun game room. Check them out! For feedback, it would be great to have attendants take...

“While the staff was amazing and the property was very beautiful, the roads to get to the hotel were not paved. Not only were they not paved but at some point they (local government) closed the entrance and no one was notified. It took me contacting the hotel so the concierge could walk us through how to get to the hotel. It was not until two days later when I complained that we received a letter and a map. This was not well planned with the city. Very disappointing.”

“Everything was amazing. Lots of walking but shuttles were available. The breakfast was delicious lots of choices. The speciality restaurants were good too. Had no issues with getting reservations.”

“Very relaxing environment. The rooms were clean and the AC worked great. Staff was friendly and helpful. They have a shuttle service and it doesn't take long for them to come get you after you call them. Be prepared to walk up and down steep hills if you don't use the shuttle service. Beach was clean. Small pool by the beach has a swim up bar and that's where I spent a lot of my time. We saw monkeys in the trees by the swim up bar a few days.”
