“This was my second stay this year at the hotel and I stay in several hotels. This staff was professional, extremely helpful, and knowledgeable about the area. Nestled in the Arizona State University and famous Mill Avenue downtown Tempe areas, plenty of restaurants within walking distance and plenty of night life in the immediate area. I had an emergency business shipment and the staff handled the issue as the pros they are! My early check-in was ready and the overall stay was very relaxing....

“This is an example of an older property where a great deal of care has been poured into it. Everything, and I mean everything was freshly painted, new grass, even the parking lot had perfectly manicured plants and flowers. I liked the details of new lounging furniture on the circular stair landings, ample lighting, including decorative lights in the courtyard and throughout the property. Not a bulb was out. The game room was a great touch near the pool. I'll be back!”
