“I am so glad we booked Reef to finish off our Sri Lankan holiday - it was absolutely perfect from the huge, luxurious suites to the exceptional service and food. "È la seconda volta che soggiorno in questo albergo a distanza di 6 anni: la situazione è peggiorata notevolmente. Hotel storico lasciato andare, non manutenuto. Camera vecchia e in pessimo stato, rubinetti in bagno con ruggine, doccia funzionante solo dopo vari tentativi, vasca e lavabo ingialliti pieni di segni di usura. Lenzuola vecchie e ingiallite. Moquette non pulita, tenda oscurante rovinata e sporca. Camera non pulita: sul pavimento presenti molti capelli di altri ospiti e molta polvere e macchie sui mobili. Aria condizionata molto rumorosa. Unica nota positiva: la colazione, molto varia, ho gradito. Sconsiglio."
