“The location is fantastic. The hotel is beautiful & very well maintained. The food at Ambrai restaurant was also very good. Staff was helpful. Only issue I had once was at dinner on Friday night when the restaurant got crowded & the intern waiters didn't coordinate my order well. Apart from that all good. The hotel also had private boat facility for sunset tour of lake Pichola, which was pricey but fantastic ”

La vista dalle nostre camere era molto bella anche se devo segnalare la presenza sui davanzali di escrementi di volatili, consiglio di prendere provvedimenti perché è un peccato vedere il lake palace e poi avere sotto un tappeto di sporco che non viene rimosso da tempo credo. “Great location. Most sights within walking distance. The hotel staff were incredibly friendly and made you feel at home as soon as you walked through the door. Rajiv was exceptional in the level of service he offered. He went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable. The restaurant was excellent and provided great views of the city and City Palace. The room is basic but has everything you need. There is a fair amount of noise in the area. Would highly recommend.”
