“This was the second time I stayed at this location. This time I was in a standalone room on the property instead of in one of the rooms on the second floor. The hotel location is fairly simple to get to, located within a gated community where there are at least two guards on duty at all times that check all vehicles going in and out. “We loved this hotel. It’s more likely Villa/home style unit instead of hotel. They converted to hotel so the building doesn’t have a parking or elevator. We got very disappointed at the beginning because the hotel entrance was narrow and didn’t have an elevator, parking lot and so on. They didn’t even let you in 30mins early neither. But No worries!!! As soon as we enter the room, we are in love with this room. We didn’t care anything else. Because the room was super clean. Internet was fast....

“The hotel seems understaffed and in need of a lot of maintenance. The receptionist that was working when we checked in (around 7pm) seemed like the only staff on site. On check-in, our room was missing toilet paper, tissue, soap. The slippers were dirty, but most importantly, the safe was not working. The receptionist did her absolute best to solve our issues, but she wasn't given many resources. Also, the hotel is very close to the airport so expect to hear airplanes from around 7am-1am.”
