“Resort meraviglioso, con personale molto gentile e disponibile. Abbiamo alloggiato per una notte ed abbiamo provato sia i bagni privati che il ristorante per la cena. Cena buonissima, abbondante e con un ottimo servizio. I bagni pubblici sono accessibili solo se non si hanno tatuaggi, o se piccoli devono essere coperti. Nel souvenir shop vendevano dei patch per coprire i piccoli tatuaggi. Super consigliato ”

“This hotel is truly like stepping into another world. The service is impeccable, the room we had was gorgeous and superbly clean. We were lucky enough to have a private onsen with very clean water at the perfect temperature on a lovely little lanai. All of the staff are very friendly and professional and the food is fantastic as well. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a touch of classic Japan in Kyoto!”

“受付の方が大変良かった。22時受付終了の所30分遅延したが、嫌な顔ひとつせずに、笑顔で丁寧にご対応いただけた。近場の駐車場や、銭湯も教えて頂いた。 ただホテル前は大通りで駐車スペースがないので注意が必要。 4人で泊まりましたが、ベッド4台の前に畳で座れる広いスペースがあり快適でした。畳スペースには、机、化粧台もあり。 お風呂の前には脱衣所があり、トイレと別なのが良かった。また、脱衣所ではなく、部屋の化粧台で髪が乾かせるので、風呂を待たずに入れたのも良かった。 部屋も綺麗で良かったです。”
