Step into this beautiful home and enjoy its generously sized lounge, in which comfortable seating surrounds a Smart TV and a DVD player. A traditional rocking horse is bound to be irresistible for little ones. For further entertainment, there’s a Wii, board games, cards and puzzles. The huge kitchen/diner has excellent equipment, including a range-style cooker and American-style fridge/freezer. The long dining table is complemented by a sofa where you can relax and chat with the cook. All four bedrooms are upstairs. Both king-size rooms include an en-suite shower room, while one has patio doors that lead to a decked balcony. The remaining two bedrooms, both doubles, share a family bathroom. You can access the enclosed, tiered garden either from the master bedroom or via the garage and some external steps. In addition to two patio areas where you can enjoy a drink or a meal, there’s a lawned area and a BBQ. There’s room for one car in the garage and another on the drive, plus more on the street if necessary.

St Florence has a shop, two pubs that serve food and an acclaimed garden centre with a tea room. Stroll the local footpaths or head to Tenby, 4 miles, for glorious beaches, excellent eateries and independent shops. The quieter resort of Saundersfoot is just 5 miles, and the family attractions of Manor Wildlife Park, Heatherton World of Activities and Tenby Dinosaur Park are all within 2 miles.
