“Host great, Location Great Safe, Condo Cute Needs some updates in the bathroom but not a big deal (Pealing Drawers) Biggest issue was cleanliness. Looking for a hair dryer found a towel in the drawer that was stuffed with who knows what crusty.(No hair dryer not an issue) Towels Old and dingy. The bathroom where not cleaned very well. Looks very much like they hire a company and its a speed threw clean. Could Use a deep clean ( Corners, Tub, Walls etc) But over an okay stay”

“Floors were dirty, hardly any towels/washcloths, hardly any dishes, only one key fob to use elevator for two parties, and poor communication from host. Paid host to park my car for the week. They failed to register my vehicle and I got a ticket. Completely ignored phone calls and messages after I brought that up. So basically took my money and didn’t use it towards parking. Made me stress out the rest of my vacation about my car getting towed. Never gave us check out instructions. Awful...

“Not sure if there is a better place to stay in Nashville. Perfect location, LOVELY staff (Phillip to be specific), gorgeous rooms with all the amenities you could need. We got an apartment style suite on Fourth of July weekend for a super affordable price, I was shocked when I checked in. Dont skip this spot. ON SITE PARKING INCLUDED TOO! thank you nashville reserve ill be back”
