“This hotel was clean, comfortable, and convenient. We slept well and woke feeling refreshed. There is a nice Mexican restaurant (La Siesta) in front of the property that served us a fabulous dinner that I highly recommend. Unfortunately, our morning experience wasn’t great. The layout for the breakfast bar being in the lobby is strange. The seating is limited and the chairs aren’t comfortable - plus you’re right where guests are checking in and out. “Great building and apartment. Brand new or newly renovated. Plenty of towels and pillows. No time to get to the square, but it is only two or three blocks - so proximity to the restaurants, bars, etc. is excellent. A few minor things for the owners - there is no outlet on the island. Obviously not intended as a computer desk - but such a large work surface deserves an outlet. Secondly, the large shower head makes for a relax shower but the water tends to fall versus jet from the...

“Surprised how cute it was on the inside. Had great back courtyard with pickleball, bean bag toss, fire pits, and ping pong. Communication was great. Do not go early—there is no front desk. You will get a code at 4:00 to go to room. Right by grocery store, capital and farmers market. I walked there from the Gulch. Very walkable. On bus line too.”

“We utilitzed valet and were able to check in right away. The reservationist let us choose what floor we wanted to stay on. We were able to enjoy a handicap suite with a large open bathroom. The room was modern, clean and offered great amenities. Climbing into the bed after a long evening of being on my feet after a concert and smelling the clean sheets was wonderful. “New structure, excellent staff, clean rooms”

“We were only here for one short stay. Arrived at 3 o’clock, and we were given the code to our room. We were in unit number one at the corner. We had an issue at the very beginning where we couldn’t find the bed, and it turns out the bedroom door had locked behind the housekeeper I guess. Once she came and unlocked it for us everything was perfect. The kitchen and bedroom are both beautifully updated as well as the bathroom. We were very happy with our stay.”
