“Everything was lovely and well done. It’s about a 10 minute walk to broadway, and the back porch faces the river. It’s a place of calm in the middle of the city. There are a bunch of groundhogs, like maybe 7, that patrol the back yard and beg for food. They even have a little work down trail that skirts the edge of the water where they run the most. They’re so fat and happy, standing on their back legs and interacting with other ppl on other balconies. They were a fun part of every single one...

“Great property, great area of town, easy access to everything you want in Nashville and germantown! Great location on the river. Property was as described. Overall was very clean however I gave the 4 stars for cleanliness just because the white bed sheets had lots of pet hair and stains on them but I know this is a pet friendly place and I have pets that I sometimes travel with so I wasn’t terribly upset about this just wanted to let the owner know about it just in case. Overall, I’d stay here...
