“It was clean, the neighborhood was quiet and away from all of the loud noise that is accompanied with Broadway. However, it was only 10 minutes away from Broadway so the Uber ride wasn't doable. If you rent a car. Finding free parking isn't that hard. Plus I loved the kitchen that came with it. One of the grips that I did have was that they didn't have an ironing board or an iron in the room.”

“The IRIS was outstanding and booked an additional 2 nights. I was shocked to find out that booking direct with IRIS was cheaper than Expedia... (which just pissed me off!!! Even using my ~$20 OneKeyCash... it would have been cheaper to book direct!) Expedia does not do a good job of informing you that the property has a separate rental agreement and no attended lobby... It is just a big surprise after booking. So thank you Expedia for finding this place... but you should refund the...

“I liked the security. I arrived in the last half hour for the complimentary breakfast and there was 30 minutes left. They were out of coffee, semi hard eggs, no bacon or sausage, very little choice. The room was nice but I couldn’t find a hair dryer. I received a late checkout but 2 times I was interrupted by the maid staff, no communication between staff and front desk. If you eat out and check out on time there was no problem. Nice room!”

“This was a very nice hotel, the amenities were great.It was very safe.You use your card to get in the elevator it's a safe establishment. It was clean and very friendly.The staff were very helpful. The pool was lovely. There's also a gym, with all up to date equipment. The location was great.Just a walk away from broadway. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone.”

“Room had multiple areas that weren’t thoroughly cleaned, but the staff was very quick to fix what I asked them too. Breakfast was excellent and had a large variety of options. Easy access to live bands and restaurants. Shower water pressure was amazing!”

“Good location close to the activities in downtown Nashville but a couple blocks far enough to be away from the noise. Dropped a star because I did not get the check-in details the day prior like promised. Turned out they didn't have my phone number (possibly because I booked through Expedia). They were very responsive when I reached out right before we arrived, and once they had my phone number I immediately received the necessary details.”

“We found this hotel to be the best stay for Nashville. Only 8 min walk from Broadway ( close enough to walk but far enough from the noise) and only 5 min walk to the Country Music Hall of Fame. The breakfast selection was the best I have ever seen, and the free coffee and ICE COFFEE all day is an added bonus! Pool was also very clean, and the maids were great! 10/10 would stay here again”
