“TV cable no working”

“The room we got, the tv in the living space did not work. Front desk lady came up to the room trying to fix it but could not claiming they have never seen that before. They got us into another room where the tv did the same thing but also the recliner was broken and one of the lights in the bedroom lamps did not work. Toilet paper was the awful one ply.”

“Property itself was pretty quiet but being on the side of the building close to the interstate was very noisy - the white noise of the air conditioner fan covered it decently but the fan also made an unpleasant whine. The bed was nice and firm, and I'm very glad there was an iron and ironing board. I'd stay here again but I would ask for a room on the front of the building.”

“We were so pleased with our stay at Homewood Suites The Gulch in Nashville, TN. The staff was so friendly and made us feel welcomed. The lobby was pretty with a great view of the Gulch area. Our room was perfect ! So clean and comfortable. We had our room refreshed each day which is typically not done at other hotels. There was always fresh coffee/water/tea available 24 hr. in the lobby. The hotel was a perfect location for restaurants and shopping. Definitely would stay again if we go...

“Friendly staff. Updated and spotless rooms. Restaurant, roof top bar and coffee shop on premises. Nice location close to everything in Nashville. Definitely enjoyed our stay here.”

“Received and ADA room which was not what was booked. No issue other than the closets, beds, etc was much lower than needed. Not easy to get off a bed that low when you are older. Asked for a feather free room and we still had pillows with feathers. Allergies were a mess from one night of sleeping next to it. Parking for $30 this far from downtown seemed high.”
