“This Candlewood Suites is on the older side so don't expect much but it was clean and it was convenient”

“Pool Was closed and didn’t have anything pre posted online to warn guests. We learned upon arrival and have kid’s that we travel with. The pool is what we booked for and was disappointed it was closed. It was full of debris so they knew they had no plans to open it for the season and should list that to the booking sites and main web site.”

“This facility has some good features. The appliances were above average. However, when we arrived there was flood damage that occurred when a guest knocked off a fire sprinkler head, so NO handicap accessible were available. This was a problem for my wife, who could not get out of the tub of their standard room. The office was closed, but a Woodspring employee named Jay helped by supplying towels to create a pile ramp that she could back up & out- otherwise I would have had to call the fire...

“Staff was courteous . Physical building needs updating and maintenance.Our room didn’t have the toilet rod to hold the toilet paper. We asked for one and was told maintenance would remedy it the next day. Went all weekend with the toilet paper on the counter. Walking down the hall the picture that covers the utilities was hanging open unable to close. Overall this hotel is tired and needs a make over and attention. It is in a convenient location but I doubt I’ll be staying there again.”

“Had limited service from the staff. Limited amenities. A fight broke out in the lobby area during my stay and cops and ambulance were called”

“Air conditioning was nonexistent. It never worked. We tried using the overhead fan but that also didn't work and moved very slowly. The bathroom was not clean, mold and rust everywhere. I was afraid of getting an infection. And the roof... looked about ready to cave in. I didn't get to take photos of much but take my word for it, and skip this for your trip to Nashville.”

“The heat didn't work. The light fell out of the bathroom ceiling. It didn't seem like they cleaned it between guest. Stains on the bed and dead bugs in the floor and on the wall. The neighborhood wasn't the best and people were smoking on the balcony right outside of the room. Checked out early and will never stay again.”

“The location of the property was really convenient for us. Overall, it was okay. We did have to make a run and purchase our own pillows and blankets 😅 the ones provided were not very comfortable. Also, no microwave either in the room.”
