Check in, as well as being able to take my car in and out of the parking garage at my leisure were smooth and easy. “The hotel on the outside look very nice and kept up, however, inside the rooms were defiantly dated, the beds were due for a new mattress; and to be secured to the wall since our bed legit came off the ground, there were cracks in the sink / the grout, and the walls. The breakfast was horrible. The reason I stay at Hampton hotels is for their breakfast. I defiantly know it is not ‘fine dining’ but I’ve never had a problem. “Checked in around 5pm, and we’re given our keys to the room. When we got to the room, the room was open and a pile of dirty laundry was stacked in the doorway. We found a cleaning person, who was able to stop what she was doing, to move all the linens. She reassured us the room was clean.”

“Breakfast was terrible, scrambled eggs were runny, the biscuits were doughy, and the sausage was over cooked. Plates were left at other tables for for 30mins before being cleared, and the dinning area wasn't busy. Wait staff was super friendly and helpful. Dinner was good overall. The carpets in the hallways seemed like they were in the middle of being replaced so didn't feel as clean or welcoming as most Holiday Inns feel.”
