The overall condition of the hotel gives the impression that proper preventive maintenance and housekeeping standards are not being consistently followed. “The hotel islocated in a very peaceful location. Having a car is highly advised as the resort is huge. Staff from the front desk to the restaurant were all very nice. The rooms were more than enough for one human being. Breakfast was plated but tasty. I highly recommend the milk fish. ”

“I enjoyed my stay here greatly. I confidently say that there was nothing lacking with my time here, and it has one of the best views of Taal lake. The room, staff, food, and all amenities was exceptional. I’m so happy with choosing this location for my honeymoon.”

“OYO just reopened after Covid after being sold to a new owner. The new owners don't have a credit card machine, so they only take cash/peso. The TV only has Philippine channels, nothing in English. The internet is not stable and continually freezes up. It should have kept closed until these issues were resolved. ”
