“Our stay here was lovely. The property itself and room was nice. The restaurant area with included breakfast was very pretty and had a lot of charm. Jennifer, the server was a friendly addition and knew our morning order by the second day. We were disappointed that by 9pm all the outdoor lights and music were shut off by the pool/courtyard. Durante le ultime ore in piscina al mattino, dalle 8 alle 12 circa gli addetti hanno pulito tutta l’area attorno alla piscina con Kaercher generando rumore fastidioso. ”

“The resort is decent, the hours of operation should be longer in my opinion the swim up bar by the pool closes at 5pm the pool closes at 7pm the buffet close at 10 pm everything else close at 11pm if you get hungry at night after going out there will be nothing to eat. The food is okay. Now let’s get into the rooms the shower heads are horrible the water smelled so bad we had to open the patio door to air out the room. The water has irritated my skin. “We had the best time at Villa Jwi Lavi! It was in a quiet gated community, but very close to restaurants, shops and beaches. We rented a car and there were plenty of spaces for parking. Our hosts were kind and accommodating! The room was spacious with a nice balcony overlooking the pool and sea. I definitely recommend this wonderful place! ”

“I landed on Monday and the one small bar / restaurant they have was closed. We had to walk about 10 mins and get grocery’s. Then the ac button wasn’t working. There’s no staff on site all evening. The pool area is small than the pics and this hotel is NOT beach front at all. We ended up leaving to stay at the Morgan for 2 days because we did not enjoy our stay. “My Sonesta Maho vacation was amazing! From the check-in to the actual 6 night stay to the check-out, no issues or complaints. Our room was cleaned daily, the food was good, the gym was sufficient for my use and I had a great time using the pool daily. The entire staff was friendly and helpful.
