“Excellent customer services from every department. Beautiful design of the complex and each room. Swimming pool designs are breathtaking. Beds are clean and comfortable. Breakfast selections are endless and delicious. I left my very expensive reading glasses behind for 3 days and they still had it when I rang back. Now that’s impressive. We stayed in this hotel twice already and will not stay anywhere else in Hoi An other than this. ”

“Check in was very good, lots of information, they gave us the Expedia room upgrade and it was an incredible room. The breakfast was very good, we didn’t use the restaurants but they looked very nice. The 2 swimming pools were very nice, although we tended to stay around the ground floor pool because it was bigger and had plenty of shade. It was just on the edge of old town so a convenient walk and not any of the noise. The hotel staff were very friendly, we would highly recommend this hotel”

“We had a lovely stay, family owned and run, it was great to be away from the hustle and bustle and felt like a calming spot, where we could relax by the pool or in our room. The hosts are friendly and able to offer advice on activities. We were a family of four and shared a room together. “ホテルはとても清潔でおしゃれな雰囲気です。朝食はビュッフェ形式で、メニューも毎日変わるので4日間食べても飽きませんでした。場所は旧市街からやや外れているので静かで良いです。ホテルのランドリサービスがやや高かったですが、すぐ近くのランドリサービス（Mrs Anh）というところで、1kg=30,000VND程度と安価できれいにたたんで選択してもらえるので良いです。ホテルすぐ裏にArt Spa 2というきれいで安いSPAもありおすすめです。”

“We absolutely loved our stay at this hotel, we were here for just 5 days but it was up there with one of the best hotels we have ever stayed at.
